§ 1 Scope, customer information
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between traders: Nicole Vogel-Velder and consumers and entrepreneurs. We do not recognize any conditions that conflict with or deviate from our terms and conditions. The contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract Shipping goods
(1) The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods.
(2) You can add one or more products to the shopping cart. In the course of the ordering process, you enter your data and wishes regarding payment method, delivery modalities, etc. Only when you click on the order button do you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
§ 3 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
§ 4 Disclaimer
Dogs-Love products are carefully handcrafted. When selecting the accessories, attention is paid to the best quality. Nevertheless, there is no liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of Dogs-Love products or for missing guaranteed properties. Please note that your pet may be able to free itself from the collar. No liability is accepted for any consequential damage.
§ 5 Changes
Since the collars for made-to-measure or custom-made products are only made according to customer specifications, it is important that everything is measured correctly right at the beginning of the order. The measuring instructions are used for this. Subsequent changes are not possible.
§ 6 Customer Information: Correction Note
You can correct your entries at any time before submitting the order with the delete key. We will inform you about further correction possibilities on the way through the ordering process.
§ 7 Statutory warranty rights
Statutory warranty rights exist for our goods.
By placing an order, you as a customer agree to the terms and conditions.
